Art Therapy uses the creative process of art making to enrich the lives of individuals and families.


What is it?

It is based in psychological theory and is therapeutic. This form of therapy engages the mind, body and spirit together.

Why do it?

It is used to improve cognitive and motor functions, build self-esteem, insight, social skills, resolve anxiety and much more. It’s an alternate form of communication which goes beyond the limitations of language. Visual and symbolic expression gives voice and empowers the individual.

How can we help you?

Our experts can help you grow emotionally, creatively and spiritually through Art Therapy. We will use various techniques like painting, doodling, sculpting, drawing, clay modelling, making collages, etc, to enable your transformation.
