Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you are intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment.


What is it?

Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.

Why do it?

Often, our mind wanders, we get engrossed in anxious thoughts about something that just happened or fret about the future. With mindfulness, we can achieve a state of alert, focused relaxation by deliberately paying attention to thoughts and sensations without judgment.

Our experienced guides can help you start this new practice, teach you the basics, offer guidance and support when you encounter difficulties.
